A good and trusted friend emailed me yesterday. In his last paragraph, (so very him) he mentioned that a miracle had occurred for him. He had woken up to find two tiny keys in his bed. (The keys he found are in the picture opposite!) They had not been put there by anyone in the family, nor did they fit any of the furniture that they owned. He was mystified and concluded that these must be some kind of prophetic sign from God.

He just thought he would just mention it to me…!!

Those of you who know me well know that I LOVE keys and have collected them for years. In fact, most days I wear a key… especially when I sing, or am praying into something deep with someone. I find it helpful as a reminder that God can UNLOCK deep mysteries and open heavy doors. He can also choose to keep something open so that no man, or demonic power can shut it.

I could not sleep last night for thinking about these two tiny keys. They are real and tangible miracles and yet they are so tiny and seemingly so hidden.

But I feel they are wonderfully significant in this season. This is a season of unlocking, of the breaker anointing and the overflow of God’s presence. It is a season of healing and of release. Many people are seeking God for the first time and many are seeking Him for more of His goodness, presence and Fathering.

I am convinced that these two keys (which may as well have been given directly to me for the way I have got so excited about them!!) are a sign from God in a supernatural way…

So what do they mean?

Well, I am not 100% sure yet and nor is my friend. We are praying into it. Two words have come to me that I feel are powerful which I am weighing and praying into. One thing I know, God doesn’t send an angel to earth with two tiny keys for no reason. He will make it plain.

And when my pal is faced with any big decisions (especially if there are two of them in tandem) he will know that God has given him the keys to making the right judgement.
